We did a fun outdoor session with Mackenna and her little brother Gavin.

Another Client Shares her Wall Galleries- Decorating with Portraits

Lots of you have commented on how you love to see how other people are decorating their homes and spaces with their wall portraits, and I love to show you! Seeing the work I've created displayed in someone's home really is the final piece of the enjoyment I get from my work.

Shannon graciously allowed me to snap a few shots of her galleries. I love what she's done and how she's grouped the portraits and builds on what she has from previous sessions and adds as she gets new sessions (and new babies!)

Jackson County Central Exploration Day- Glamour Shots

It was a fun last day of school for Jackson County Central Middle Schools Students. It was great to be a part of it by doing complimentary portraits for the students that chose the "Glamour Shots" session. The students got a fabulous hair style by the Minnesota West "Fringe" salon and then came for a quick portrait of their new look. I had a great time working with the students as well as visiting with fellow photographers, Jen and Brooke from Lit Photography. It's always fun to catch up and have someone to talk 'shop' with! Here are a few images from the day. I hope the students will enjoy the print in their report card as a rememberance of their day!

Nathan

Little tiny Nathan came to me when he was 8 days old. Mom and dad called from the hospital to set up his newborn session and I'm so glad they did. He is just so precious and I bet he's changed already since coming home- that's why newborn portraits are so important. I kick myself that I do have professional portraits of my children at this awe-inspiring age.

We're Back~

After what seemed like forever, I have my computer kinks worked out and I'm back online.

I appreciate your patience for those of you who are patiently awaiting your galleries and sneak peeks. I've been working diligently to try to get caught up- and here is one of the little cuties I'm editing now. Brayden has the brightest blue eyes and he is a beautiful baby boy!
